How can I track my package? +
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided. You can use your tracking number on our tracking page to follow your package.
How long does delivery take? +
Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days after processing.
Why does shipping take 1-2 weeks? +
Each order is individually prepared, inspected, and packaged before shipment.
Where do you ship from? +
Our products are carefully prepared internationally and shipped directly to customers.
Where do I send returns? +
Approved returns can be sent to our U.S. return center. You do not need to ship returns overseas.
What is your return window? +
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Can I return customized items? +
Personalized or custom-made items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Will my item look the same as it does on the website? +
Because we use natural stones, each bead may have slight variations in color, pattern, texture, and transparency. We carefully select stones to closely match the product photos, but every Lunara piece will have its own natural uniqueness.
What condition must returned items be in? +
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
When will I receive my refund? +
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
