We want you and your pet to love your Lunara piece. If your order is not the right fit, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Easy returns
Return to our U.S. return center
Although our products are carefully prepared and shipped internationally, eligible returns can be sent to our U.S. return center for your convenience. You do not need to ship returns overseas.
Condition
Items must be unused
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Please include all accessories, tags, and packaging materials when sending your item back.
Custom pieces
Personalized items are final sale
Customized or personalized items, including custom nameplates, bowls, and dog tags, are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds return to the original payment method
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees may not be refundable.
How to start
Requesting a return
- Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return.
- Wait for return instructions before mailing your item back.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the return address provided.
